FAQ

  • What counts as a submission?

    One form submission that is delivered to at least one destination counts as one submission. Retries do not count again.

  • Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes. Cancel from Billing in the app. You keep access until the end of the billing period. No long-term contracts.

  • Refunds?

    We offer prorated refunds for annual plans within 30 days. Monthly plans are not refunded but you can cancel before the next cycle.
