Terms of Service — GlazerTech LLC

These Terms govern your use of glazertech.software and the Service. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

We provide subscription software to businesses for workflow management, documentation, and reporting, delivered digitally via authenticated accounts.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • Fees are shown at checkout and charged in advance (monthly/annual).
  • Taxes may apply depending on your location.
  • If payment fails, access may be suspended until resolved.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting hi@glazertech.software. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to refund requests.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break laws or violate others' rights
  • Attempt to hack, probe, or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malware or harmful code
  • Use the Service to send spam or abusive content
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Service except where allowed by law

6. Customer content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us permission to host and process it only to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service, software, branding, and related IP. You may not use our branding without permission.

8. Third-party services

We may integrate third-party services (e.g., payments). Your use of those may be governed by their terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlazerTech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service and users.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
