Refund & Cancellation Policy — GlazerTech LLC

GlazerTech LLC provides digital subscription software. Because access is provided immediately, refunds are limited as follows:

• Monthly plans: Generally non-refundable once the billing period starts.
• Annual plans: Refunds may be considered within 30 days of purchase if usage is minimal and you contact hi@glazertech.software.
• Trials (if offered): Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
• Chargebacks: We encourage contacting us first; unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
