Payment and card data (PCI-DSS)

We do not collect, store, or process full credit or debit card numbers on our servers. All payment card data is collected and processed directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We may receive only non-sensitive billing metadata (e.g., plan, billing status, last four digits of a card for display) to manage your subscription and support.

Data retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion, subject to legal/contractual limits.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices

• You can update your account info within the Service.
• You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hi@glazertech.software.
